Barre Basics With Tyler Ingram!
Whether you are an aspiring barre teacher or want to refine your own practice, this workshop will provide an immersion into barre fitness. This 18-hour, weekend experience includes taking classes, learning to format the essential pillars of a state of the art barre class, biomechanics and alignment, postural-based cueing, and basic musicality.

The Curriculum
Learn how to structure and format your own 60-minute class by learning the key components of a state of the art barre class.
Learn how to verbally cue and properly set up positions with an emphasis on alignment and technique.
Learn how to create exercise progressions that properly balance range of motion and rate of contraction for healthier joints, ligaments, tendons and muscles.
Learn the fundamentals of musicality.
An introduction to anatomy and biomechanics.
